ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the the respondents 1 to 3 to take proper action against the 3rd respondent and his associates, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 10.05.2014 and also give police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's property situated in D.No.68B, Melachetti Street, South Avanimoola Veedhi, Madurai.

According to the petitioner, the third respondent broke open the petitioner's shop and illegally occupied the same. Hence, he has given complaints on 10.05.2014and 11.05.2014 before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent Police and sofar, no action has been taken on his complaint. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents,on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.332 of 2014 has already been registered against the third respondent and others under Sections 147,148, 427,294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. 4.Since the petitioner's complaint has already been registered, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
