ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this Civil Revision Petition is arising out of a dispute between the parties regarding the conduct of a temple festival. Now, the temple festival is over and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
