Seeking to remove his name from the entry made in the history sheet on the file of the second respondent in No.3 of 1991, the petitioner has made a representation on 03.03.2014 and reminded on 08.05.2014 and as there is no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
