ORDER

********* The revision petitioners are the judgment debtors. They suffered a decree in O.S.No.210 of 2003 on the file of the Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram. To execute the same, the respondent filed E.P.No.81 of 2012. Seeking its termination this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioners states that the total amount payable by the judgment debtor is Rs.2,71,498/-(Rupees two lakhs seventy one thousand four hundred and ninety eight only). The entire amount has since been deposited. He has also filed a memo in this regard. The same is taken on record.

3.The Court below is directed to verify whether the entire decree amount has been deposited. If so, the Court below shall terminate the E.P.No.81 of 2012 immediately. Liberty is given to the respondent to contest the correctness of the calculation amount.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
