ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry about the allegations stated in the complaint, dated 23.06.2018 and act in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 23.06.2018 to the second respondent to take action against Baskaran and Jeyakumar for the allegations stated in the representation and the same is pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the said representation is pending for enquiry.

Considering the above said fact, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.06.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
