2.The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, directing the second respondent not to take any steps for dispossessing the occupants of Vandiyur Theerthakadu. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that already the petitioner vacated the premises, as per the order passed by the Supreme Court, and the matter has become infructuous. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
