Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is for taking action against the fifth respondent for running the petition-mentioned brick unit. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fifth respondent stated that the petition-mentioned brick manufacturing unit is no longer functioning.
