O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. It appears that work order has been issued infavour of a third party. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that by tommorrow itself the respondents will serve a copy of the relevant proceedings to the petitioner herein. The petitioner can very well move this Court challenging those proceedings.

3. With such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
