O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the representation dated 13.02.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not residing in the address given in the petition and since he has not appeared before the Enquiry officer and not co-operated for the enquiry, the enquiry was closed.

3. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Enquiry Officer. But however, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been received or pending against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8667 of 2021 petitioner for enquiry. So the question of harassment does not arise and even as mentioned above, the petitioner has not stated the correct address as well as the phone number.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is summoned only in respect of her complaint. Recording the said submission, this petition is disposed of since harassment does not arise.
