ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner herein.

2.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent preferred a complaint against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police on the basis of the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has filed this present Criminal Original Petition before this court with the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the enquiry is still pending with the respondent police and the same will be completed within a period of one week. He further submitted that, prima facie, the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent is purely civil in nature and there is no harassment, as against the petitioner, at the hands of the respondent police. 4.Recording the submissions made by both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to proceed further and complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
