2015 and quash the same as illegal and in violation of provisions of Tamilnadu Transparency in Tenders Act 1998 and Rules 2000 and consequently directing the respondents to treat the condition to produce the certificate of list of machineries to be certified by the Executive Engineer of the Rural Development Department in the District as per Clause 6 of the Information and Construction for Bidders under two cover system of the invitation for technical bid NABARD RIDF - XX - 2014 - 15 in respect of the work improvements the road from package No.05, (2 Road Works) - (including 5 years maintenance) in Kandavarakottai Block of Pudukottai District, package No.14(2 Road Works) in Viralimalai Block of Pudukottai District and package No.

06(2 Road Works) - (including 5 years maintenance) in Kunnandarkoil Block of Pudukkottai District respectively under NABARD RIDF - XX - 2014 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
