It is not open to the petitioner to seek extension of arrangement stipulated for the year 2017 in the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.13954 of 2017 dated 31.07.2017 and if he wants similar relief for this year he has to move afresh. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
