Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 30.11.2015 of the learned Principal District Munsif of Kuzhithurai in I.A.No.645 of 2015 in O.S.No.147 of 2014 on his file, dismissing the said I.A.

Prayer in CRP(MD). 1294/ 2018 :

Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 07.02.2018 of the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, made in Tr.o.p.No.459 of 2017 on his file, allowing the said Tr.o.p.

ORDER: This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 28.08.2019 and 24.06.2019, the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai vide the letter in D.No.1264 of 2019, dated 01.10.2019, through the Principal District Judge(FAC), Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil in D.No.8089/2019-A, dated: 03.10.2019 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.N.Thampi, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD) No.138 of 2016 Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court, by an order dated 28.08.2018, directed the Court below to dispose of the O.S.Nos.147 of 2014 and 16 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Thereafter, on 24.06.2019, this Court granted two months time to comply with the order of this Court, dated 28.08.2018. However, since the O.S.Nos.147 of 2014 and 16 of 2012 could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, sought for two months time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order of this Court, dated 28.08.2018.
