RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners by this Hon`ble court in Crl.OP(MD).No. 7653 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 on the file of the Hon`ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition. 2.This Court, by an order dated 03.08.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.7653 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the State. 4.According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 08.08.2020. CRL MP(MD) No.4296 of 2020 completed and filed final report and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.16 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam.

5.
