ORDER

The order of suspension dated 02.05.2022 is under challenge in this writ petition. The consequential prayer sought for is to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 31.05.2022, which is the date of superannuation. Apparently, the date has lapsed.

2.It is now stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on 31.05.2022, the petitioner was permitted to retire without prejudice to the departmental proceedings pending against him, which order the petitioner intends to challenge. 3.In this background, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 31.05.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
