ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.21121 of 2025, dated 24.11.2025.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on the first day of every English calendar month at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months, thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
