RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.7200 of 2020 dated 10.07.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 10.07.2020 granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4544 of 2020 anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks. According to the petitioner, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 7200 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
