Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C. SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 09.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.4295 of 2020 3.Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7149 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
