RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul Dt. as per the order passed by this Hon`ble court in Crl.OP(MD).No.6158 of 2020 dated 12.06.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.GANESHKAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 12.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of eight weeks. During the total lock down period, they could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 12.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6158 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
