To Modify the condition No.II (iii) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No. 12279/2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.963 of 2025 dated 19.01.2026 pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.12279/2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.963 of 2025, dated 19.01.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. It is made clear that the petitioner shall neither visit the occurrence village nor disturb the victim child, pending appeal.
