IN CRIME.NO. 240 OF 2020. RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the Petitioner by its order dated 14.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8305 of 2020 as the place of reporting shall be `Pallathur Police Station or Sakkottai Police Station in Sivagangai District` instead of Cantonment Police Station. Trichy' Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAJIV RUFUS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.

O.P.(MD)No.8305 of 2020 on 14.08.2020. 2.Earlier this Court by an order, dated 14.08.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen, who is aged about 70 years and he is having various ailments, he has no source to travel to Trichy. He would further submit that during the total lock down period, he could not appear before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.4287 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8305 of 2020 on 14.08.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall stay at Pallathur and report before the Pallathur Police Station, Sivagangai District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
