ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.05.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has preferred a complaint to the respondent stating that the petitioner has been impersonated in a sale deed, dated 12.01.2011 in document No.125 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Theppakulam. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was called for enquiry, but he was not turned up. Therefore, the enquiry could not be completed and is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the
petitioner will co-operate for enquiry and produce all the materials before the respondent police.
5.In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to appear for enquiry, as and when required by the respondent police and place all the materials before the respondent police. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall register a case and proceed further in accordance with law, if it is not, the respondent police shall drop further proceedings.
6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
