[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the people belong to Scheduled Caste Community to participate in the Chellayee Amman Temple festival scheduled to be held on 07.04.2015, 08.04.2015 and 09.04.2015 in Gundur Village, Trichy District. 2.Since the relief sought for by the petitioner has expired long back, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
