Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.PRASANNA, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.9272 of 2018, dated 14.06.2018 to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
