Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 14.2.2015 submitted in person for the removal of encroachment made by the 4th respondent herein in the common pathway comprised in Survey No.156 situated at Nadu Theru, Sokkampatti Post, Kottampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai district commonly used by Adithravida and other general public within time frame as fixed by this Court.
