Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned notice of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.663/2013/C1, dated 20.05.2014, and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to promote the petitioner herein as the Sanitary Supervisor in the existing promotional post vacancy in the third respondent as per the Regulation 4 of the Tamil Nadu Municipal Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976, framed under the Tamil Nadu Municipal Service Rules, 1970.
