ORDER

This revision is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, to dispose of E.P.No.146 of 2007 in O.S.No.673 of 2003 in a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a decree for mandatory injunction was passed in the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.673 of 2003 on 24.01.2007. Based on the decree, the petitioner has filed an execution petition in E.P.No.146 of 2007, however it has been prolonged without any progress for the past seven years.

4. It is further contended that the delay in disposal causes serious prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts, the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil is direct to dispose of E.P.No.146 of 2007 in O.S.No.673 of 2003 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
