ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under guise of enquiry and consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2023.
2. Earlier the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.7883 of 2023 seeking direction to the respondents therein not to harass him on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents, the same has been disposed of on 27.04.2023, directing the petitioner to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with them to complete the enquiry process and the enquiry was ordered to be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Later, the present petition has been filed impleading the the Inspector of Police, C2 Subramaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai City and The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Theedirnagar Range, Madurai City stating that with respect to the above said subject matter of the complaint, the second complaint has been given and that they are 2/5
harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on verification would submit that the above said subject matter of two complaints are one and the same and the second complaint could not be produced before this Court. He would further submit that this matter is pursuant to the complaint, dated 19.07.2022, which appears to be first complaint.
4. Since the subject matter of complaint is already pending before the Thirunagar Police Station, let this Complaint is also forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Thirunagar Police Station, Madurai City. On receipt of the complaint, the Inspector of Police, Thirunagar Police Station, Madurai City is directed to comply the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7883 of 2023.
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
