The contempt petition is filed against the interim order passed by this Court on 01.06.2021.

2. An interim order of stay was granted till 27.07.2021. It is not made clear that whether the interim order granted was extended further. Under these circumstances, the contempt petition need not be kept pending unnecessarily.

3. When the interim order is not extended, the contempt petition cannot be kept pending. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue all the grounds during the final hearing of the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
