For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ayyanar Prem Kumar For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan for R1 and R2 Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to instruct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members regard to their life and limb based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2023. 2.It appears that the petitioner and the third respondent respondent are husband and wife, the issue is between them. Representation was given on 11.04.2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that both of them separated 10 years back. Even though he filed a petition for divorce that was dismissed.

Against which he filed a Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Pending the above said proceedings, attempt has been made to assault by the wife and others. Over which, he made the above said representation on 11.04.2023. This petition has been filed before this Court on 17.04.2023.

3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the second respondent within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the private respondents as well as the petitioner ascertaining the ground situation.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
