BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- The Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai by letter dated 02.01.2019 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgment in O.S. No. 32 of 2005 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated 03.08.2018 in C.R.P. (MD) No. 1412 of 2016.

Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said suit till 30.04.2019 and the report of compliance shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgment.
