ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to rejoin duty as per instruction issued in Government Letter Letter.No.30283/FR-3(2)/2015-1 Personnel and Administrative Reform Department dated 19.01.2016.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court has already disposed the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P(MD).No.1561 of 2022 on 28.01.2022, directing the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Hence, in view of the order passed in W.P(MD).No.1561 of 2022, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
