The petitioner - Company has challenged the detention notice, dated 19.01.2018, issued by the third respondent against them.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 08.08.2018, stating that since the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Commissioner, the impugned detention notice issued, which is the subject matter in this writ petition, has been withdrawn.
