ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 28.09.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he became the owner of the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed, dated 28.09.2020 registered as document No.2457/2020. The further case of the petitioner is that he made a representation/application to the respondent seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions. 3.Heard Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD).No.10849 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation/application made by the petitioner, on 28.09.2020 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other persons, who have an interest over the subject property, notice shall also be served on them before passing final orders.
5.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
