PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime.No.14 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested on 15.07.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c)r/w.20(b)(ii)(C),29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.14 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter came for hearing today. the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in jail from 15.07.2020 and the final report has been filed before the Special Court for E.C and NDPS Act Cases, Thanjavur and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 3 of 2021 and a direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed.
