The Civil Revision Petition filed under the Article 227 of Constitution of India against the numbering of the suit O.S.No.142 of 2016 by the Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam and by taking the same on the file with out considering the Jurisdiction of the Civil Court under the Tamilnadu Panchayat Act 1994 and without considering the Limitation Act for a declaration about the resolution and approval of the year 1989 by the Ullur Panchayat, Kumbakonam Taluk.
