Crime No. 388/2017 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by order-dated 30/05/2018 in Crl.O.P.NO.8835 of 2018 as to surrender before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi and execute two sureties for sum of Rs.10,000/- and report before the Respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.ANANTHA MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(crl.side) Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8835 of 2018, dated 30.05.2018 and to extend the time for surrender and executing the sureties.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this modify petition is ordered and the condition earlier imposed in Crl.O.P (MD).No.8835 of 2018 is fully relaxed. The time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners shall execute two common sureties.
