O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the appeal petitions dated 04.02.2015 and 08.12.2014 respectively against the orders of the 3rd respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent submits that in terms of G.O.Ms.No.158, Personnel & Administrative Reforms (N) Department dated 26.08.2008, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department is exemption from the provisions of Right to Information Act. However, he has fairly submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner by granting reasonable time limit.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to look into the appeal petitions of the petitioner dated 04.02.2015 and 08.12.2014 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
