ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 313 I.P.C in Crime No.38 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the same was closed on 05.08.2021 and RCS was also filed before the learned Magistrate concerned.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of RCS to the petitioner.
