ORDER

The review application has been filed by the third party to review the order, dated 08.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.23304 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 has produced the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 12.09.2024, wherein it is stated as follows:

3.According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4, 20 cents of land which falls in Survey No.7/2 has not been mentioned in the sale deed, dated 23.03.2022 executed by the parties, namely Divya, Suryapandian and Shanthi, who are the sisters and brother of the review petitioner. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3/5

5.The buyer beware concept to be taken into account and if at all the original writ petitioner/first respondent is aggrieved, he has to approach the parties, who are the vendors to rectify the said sale deed by including 20 cents in Survey No.7/2. Since Survey No.7/2 is missing, it has to be rectified. On receiving the rectification deed, the authorities will include the said Aruppukkottai Kaikani Motha Viyabarigal Sangam's name in the said patta.

6.In view of the above, the Review Application is closed. It is left open to the writ petitioner/first respondent to approach the vendors and proceed further in the manner known to law. No costs.
