ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.2083 of 2026, dated 04.02.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
