ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.CHELLAPANDIAN, Additional Advocate General assisted by M/S.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- (Order of this Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) Heard Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by, Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner.

2.This Court, while entertaining the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, granted conditional order of stay and according to the learned Additional Advocate General, on account of the lockdown, the buses could not ply and as a consequence, the income has not been generated and hence, prays for extension of time to comply with the order.

3.This Court, upon hearing the submissions of the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner and on going through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is of the view that extension of time is to be granted for complying the conditions.

4.Accordingly, this Court grants four weeks time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the conditional order, failing which, interim order granted on 28.07.2020 stands vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. sd/- 08/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
