Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.R.BOOMEE RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15192 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having health problem and during Covid 19 pandemic period he is unable to furnish sureties so he has filed a petition for extension of time before this Court.

In the meanwhile the petitioner had filed second anticipatory bail petition through another counsel and the same was returned by the Registry saying that extension of time to be filed. hence the petition was returned on 03.06.2021 and the same was received on 14.06.201. Now the petitioner has filed the present petition to grant further time to execute the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.4425 of 2021 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation this petition is allowed and the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
