This revision petition is filed as against the order dated 22.04.2022, passed by the learned District Munsif, Bodinaickkanur, in E.P.No.42 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2011.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this revision. He has also circulated a letter and also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the above position, this revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
