Respondent Prayer : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the order, dated 17.02.2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No.890 of 2023 in Spl.C.C.No.2 of 2021 (C.P.91/2021) and set aside the condition clause 01 of the order that the petitioner has to remit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- before the trial Court in Spl.C.C.No.2 of 2021 and order to entrust the interim custody of the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-46-J-9367, which was remanded in P.R.No.91/2021 with the petitioner.
