Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHYACHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANAGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in condition No.5 imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5885 of 2023, dated 29.03.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in so far as condition No.5, is modified as follows:
5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.6460 of 2023 on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that: 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. sd/- 21/04/2023 / TRUE COPY / /04/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
