Heard both sides.

2. The dispute between the parties was disposed of by this Court by recording the consensus arrived at between them in my presence. It appears that the court consensus did not translate into ground reality. That led to filing of the review petition.

3. I clarify that the order passed by this Court will not have any bearing in respect of the conduct of the festivals in future. The parties may work out their respective claims in the manner known to law. 2/4
