Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land by fixing boundary in S.No.238/1 extend of 1 acre 13 cents at Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and to issue individual patta based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court after issuing notice to all necessary parties. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land by fixing boundary in S.No.238/1 extend of 1 acre 13 cents at Pallapatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and to issue individual patta based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court after issuing notice to all necessary parties.
2. Mrs.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this order should not be construed as giving any positive direction to the second respondent who should pass orders depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
