Contemnors PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to take contempt proceedings against the contemnor for non obedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4878 of 2020 dated 09.03.2020.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner with regard to Survey No.211/2 Thirupparankundram Village, Madurai District by considering the report of the 3rd respondent dated 3.9.2012 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
