2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that this case involves 3 units of sand theft. He further submitted that the second petitioner is having one previous case.

3. Taking into account the bad antecedents of the second petitioner and the quantity of contraband, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
